To stay fit is to eat healthy
Being a dancer you have to stay in shape. That is why I love working out at the gym and in the dance studio. It is so much fun and it is so god for you. I am very obsessed with my stomach and I am working so hard to keep a small stomach, but what do you do to keep it that way? What if for some reason you create a little bulge? Since I am a culprit of eating delicious snacks I will let you know some of the things you need to do to keep that belly small. The first thing is to stay away from the baked sugary goods. AAHHHHH! I know it will seem hard but it can be done, I think...I am still working on that myself. I have really limited the amount of cakes and candy I eat. Sugar is one of the most hardest addictions to get over. Lets not forget those naughty refined carbs like white bread and pasta. The easiest way to battle that is to go BROWN! Yeah, that's right. Try whole wheat breads and brown rice and pasta. Whole wheat carbs have more fiber in them and are led into the bloodstream a lot slower unlike simple carbs like white breads and pasta. As a dancer I am compelled to tell you that CARDIO is one of the best fat blasters you can ever do. Cardio such as running, biking, walking and swimming are great cardio to help melt that stubborn belly fat away. So you know that means! Get in the studio and dance, dance, dance! Get outside and jog, jog, jog! If you want to start off slow then walk, walk, walk! I love being fit and healthy. And I love being a fit and healthy DANCER!
